Personal Characteristics

3-month-old infant

Clinical Characteristics

A mass measuring 4.1 x 1.8 x 2.4 cm3 was incidentally detected in the mesentery. At 2 months of age, the child experienced frequent vomiting after feeding, and his abdominal us was performed, which showed multiple mesenteric lymph node enlargement (maximum size 0.8 x 0.3 cm2), but no mesenteric masses. Lymphangioma was considered a highly probable diagnosis.

Remission Characteristics

The mass showed spontaneous regression during the 6-month follow-up examination
