11-year-old caucasian female
Clinical Characteristics
Prominence in region of left lateral incisor & canine (7 mm diameter) periapical radiographs revealed diffuse mottling of alveolar bone in anterior region below roots of incisor teeth occlusal radiographs incisional biopsy
Remission Characteristics
Serial radiographs revealed regression and restitution of normal architecture lesion regressed to normality over 15 years
