Clinical Characteristics
12- months history of worsening dyspnea & 6-week history of paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea echocardiogram showed left ventricular dilatation with end-diastolic dimension of 7 cm mobile pedunculated echogenic 2 cm mass seen in right ventricular cavity extending into right ventricular outflow tract
Remission Characteristics
5 weeks post-admission (before valve replacement) no lesion demonstrated in right ventricular cavity (via echocardiography or angiograms)
