Personal Characteristics
67 -year-old female was diagnoses with follicular lymphoma 7 years earlier and was treated with r-chop
Clinical Characteristics
On follow-up for previous lymphoma, lab test examination revealed anemia and hypoalbuminemia CT showed abdominal ln swelling and splenomegaly provisional diagnosis of recurrent follicular lymphoma was made duodenoscopy revealed small whitish lesions with erosions were observed throughout the duodenum nbi-magnified endoscopy showed alterations of the microsurface structure with mild dilatation and irregularity of the villi, alteration of the microvessels within the surface of the villi, and opaque white spots under the microvessels biopsy specimens revealed recurrent follicular lymphoma, confirmed the provisional diagnosis she was treated with r-chop
Remission Characteristics
After r-chop treatment, the anemia, hypoalbuminemia, and endoscopic findings were improved
