Clinical Characteristics
Was asymptomatic when undergoing a upper gi endoscopy screening whitish granules of various sizes were observed in the descending portion of the duodenum around the papilla on duodenoscopy magnified chromoendoscopy with crystal violet showed dilatation of the villous structures the surface of the granules coiled and elongated microvessels were distended and some opaque white spots were observed under the microvessels duodenal follicular lymphoma was diagnosed by biopsy treated with chemo
Remission Characteristics
After 4 courses of chemo, remission occurred systemic CT and gi endoscopy reveal no recurrence
