75-year-old woman

Clinical Characteristics

Diagnosed with rai stage 0 cll in january 2002. Wbc count of 10.6 x10^9/l, with 7.1x10^9/l b-lymphocytes expressing a CD19+ CD20+ CD23+ CD5+ phenotype and kappa light chain restriction.

Remission Characteristics

In october 2009 the wbc count was found to be normal (4.3 x 10^9/l), again with the presence of a clonal cll-like clone
