Personal Characteristics

A 56 years old male patient with history of smoking.

Clinical Characteristics

Persistent chest pain of 3 days duration. Intramyocardial dissecting hematoma with akinesia of apical and anterior wall segments.

Remission Characteristics

Patient was discharged 7 days after hospitalization. After 14 days examination showed complete healing of myocardial dissecting hematoma.
