33 years old woman. Long history of migraines
Clinical Characteristics
1 month history of intermittent blaring of vision in the left eye. Capillary hemangioma on the left eye involving the interotemporal half of the optic disc with adjacent subretinal fluid and exudation. No cns involved
Remission Characteristics
Seven months later, the patient was asymptomatic. Left eye was normal with complete disappearance of the secondary retinal edema and exudation
