Personal Characteristics

25 years old cameroon-born man. No prior medical history. No familiar history of heart disease. No coronary risk factors and no drug use

Clinical Characteristics

Substernal chest pain radiating to both scapulas. Normal pshysical examination, regular sinus rhythm. Coronary dissection of the main stem artery.

Remission Characteristics

6 weeks after diagnoses, control showed almost complete angiographic healing of the artery dissection with only a mild impression on the coronary lumen.

Spontaneous healing

Clinical Treatment

Anti-thrombotic therapy (aspirin and heparin). Conservative therapeutic approach, treatment by aspirin, clopidogrel, etenolol and enalapril.
