38 years old hypertensive woman
Clinical Characteristics
4 hours history of chest pain. Akinesia of the left ventricular apex with moderate ejection fraction reduction. Spontaneous coronary dissection of the left anterior descending artery and the obtuse marginal branch of the left circumflex artery.
Remission Characteristics
After 3 motnhs of follow-up, examination showed a significant improvement of lv function and complete healing of the lad and om dissections.
