Case Details

Disease Location

Blood vessels, right fore-arm, right upper eyelid, legs, abdomen and scalp

Personal Characteristics

2 years-old japanese boy.

Clinical Characteristics

Tumor on his left upper arm of 1-month duration with tendency to bleed after trauma. Tumour increased in size and small nodules developed around. 2.5 x 2 cm ulcerating tumour in the lateral side of the left elbow. Similar toumours also developed in legs, abdomen, eyelid and scalp. Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (alhe) diagnosed.

Remission Characteristics

Improvement noted with a decreased in size and a slightly grey appearance on surface of tumours. Complete resolution after 6 months of diagnosis

Patient treated conservatively with an ordinary dressing alone. Patient's parents refused treatment as corticosteroid injection.
