A male homosexual and a hemophiliac, thrombocytopenia was associated with aidsrelated complex. The third patient had classic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
Clinical Characteristics
Severe case of varicella
Remission Characteristics
A rapid correction of the thrombocytopenia took place seven days after the occurrence of the varicella, while coombs’ test for platelets went from positive to negative
