In the 31st Report preliminary observations were made on the effects of vitamin B12 in 10 children with neuroblastoma. All of the cases alive at the time of that report have subsequently been followed up and remain in good health without evidence of active disease, with the single exception of Case 2. Nine further children with verified neuroblastoma have been treated since the previous report was issued, and are reported in this review. (Cases 11-19)
